Six dishes on this menu have tequila in them.

Not as a garnish. The Flaming Fajita is set alight at the table, and four of the shrimp plates are finished in a tequila sauce before they leave the kitchen.

Last thing

If you only order one plate after three, make it the birria.

It comes with its own bowl of consome and it is the only dish here that asks you to do something with it. Fifteen ninety nine, and the kitchen sends it out until close.
